Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order and ship directly from our facility in Poland, EU. We are proudly a Canadian company, and we offer free standard shipping worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days after production

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Region-Specific Info

  • Canada & EU: No import duties or customs fees.
    Local VAT or sales taxes may still apply at checkout, as required by your country’s tax laws.

  • USA: As of September 18, 2025, all orders ship duty-free. (No customs or tariffs, regardless of order size.)

  • UK & International: Customs fees may apply and are collected by the courier at delivery.
