Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Inktopia Designs! Since each order is made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it goes into production. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

• Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges due to the custom nature of our products.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or partial refund.
