How To Measure My Wall?
- Measure the width and height of the complete wall.

You should not order the wallpaper in separate parts if you want the pattern to continue seamlessly between connecting walls. Add up your wall measurements.

IMPORTANT: Add at least 4 inches (10 cm) to the measurements for each wall, both width and height, to have some flexibility during installation.

Standard Walls
Measure the width and height of the complete wall. Please double-check to make sure you get it right.
Multiple Walls For Murals
Measure the width of each of your walls and combine these measurements into one when ordering. Add 10 cm (4 inches) per wall as a safety margin. Then measure the height. Always start from the highest point and also add 10 cm (4 inches) to that measurement. You don't need to order the mural as two separate parts.
Sloped Walls
Measure the wall on the highest and widest point, ignoring any slopes. The sloped part is cut away during installation.
Multi-sloped walls
Measure the wall on the longest part in both width and height. The sloped part is cut away during installation.
Walls with Doors, Windows, or Obstacles
Measure the width and the height of the complete wall. All obstacles will be cut out during installation.
Staircases
Measure the wall at its highest and widest point, ignoring slopes. The sloping part, any excess, is cut away during installation.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the issue and any damage to the packaging, with the shipping label clearly visible. Inspect all wallpaper before installation and do not install defective or damaged panels. Once we have reviewed your claim, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or partial refund, as appropriate. Claims for defects or damage cannot be accepted after the wallpaper has been installed.

I have ordered several wallpapers before from other vendors as I am an interior designer and I must say the quality of this paper is not great. The design is beautiful and it’s exactly the look I was hoping for but it takes WAY too long to receive the product and because it was so thin there were 2 strips that I couldn’t use so I had to order two rolls I wasn’t expecting to have to purchase out of the clients budget. I have been waiting on these rolls for two weeks so I could not finish her master bathroom.

We did want to mention that your order was placed in our Peel & Stick material for a bathroom installation. Peel & Stick wallpaper is generally not recommended for bathrooms or high-humidity environments, especially bathrooms with showers, as moisture buildup can affect performance and adhesion over time. For bathroom applications, we always recommend our Pro Vinyl material instead, as it is specifically designed to perform much better in humid environments.
Regarding shipping, all of our wallpapers are made to order, which is noted throughout the ordering process. Production time is typically 2–5 business days, and our free standard shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days in transit. We also offer express shipping upgrades for rush projects.

The wallpaper seemed very thin compared to others I have ordered. Also had a “22-24” cut off on each roll. That seems like a lot of waste. It was very expensive paper but not the quality I was hoping for.
Hi Bonnie, we actually offer both standard rolls and fully custom-size orders on our website. The pattern repeat for this design is 25 inches, which is mentioned on the product page, and the pattern scale can also be customized to better fit your wall dimensions and help reduce waste as much as possible.
You can either order by standard roll sizes or use the “Customize & Buy” tool to enter your exact wall dimensions for a more tailored fit. Both options are available directly on the website.
